Hi,

We Added a new features in our website to improve our customer service experience, these features are :
1- Kambavoice widget : This enables any customer to contact our customer service online by just clicking the widget without downloading any software. You need only a microphone & head set to make a call to our customer service, this service is totally free.
2- Ticketing system : This enables any customer to submit his complaint to our ticketing system to improve follow up process & fast response.
