A:You can make a call by either:
- Dial your local USA access number. Put your card number, and then dial your destination number in the following format: country code + destination number+ # sign E.g.: for Cairo 202+number +# sign, for Alex 203…, for Vodafone 2010+……, for mobinil 2012+….
- Download our Kikotel phone (or use any soft phone), put your account settings, and then dial the phone number required.

A:No, you can use free soft phone on your computer.

A:We offer 2 types of Callback service:
- Web Callback: this is done through your account page, click on callback button, and then put your phone number & phone number you want to call. After 30 seconds, you will receive your desired phone call.
- Mail Callback: this is done through sending a mail to: Callme@kikotel.com, from your registered mail in your account and putting your phone number & the phone you want to call as illustrated in our Callback page.
